White Plantation Sugar / Raw Sugar Section

We are having 4500 TCD, capacity sugar manufacturing division. Sugar is first produce from sugar cane after basic processing. It is produced by extracting juice from canes, process to remove the major impurities and then dried. It has higher content of molasses which gives the plantation sugar a rich and complex flavor.

We are having the state of art versatile well equipped facility with automated systems in each sections. We are having closed monitoring control from crushing of cane to final bagging of sugar. All critical process parameters are monitoring & controlled at each sections. In this section we are manufacturing all types and grades of white plantation sugar and their categories are as follows:

We are doing documentation of all parameters of each section. It is all time auditable division for local as well as regulatory agency. We are having local FDA, approval for our sugar division.

In near future our aim is to enhance the quality, facility level & documentations of this section for entering into regulatory export market.

Jaggery Sugar Section

Jaggery is the traditional non centrifugal cane sugar. It is a concentrated product of date, cane juice or palm sap without separation of molasses and crystals . Jaggery is the solid and having color golden brown to dark brown.

Jaggery is the part of our existing sugar division with systematic isolation for better material movements. We are having 300 TPD capacity, state of art facility of this division. We are manufacturing Jaggery in different quality and pack size as per the customers’ demand.

Potential use of Jaggery

• It activates digestive enzymes in body, it helps in proper digestion of food.
• For increasing immunity in body.
• For maintaining desired sugar level body.

Refinery Sugar Section

Refinery sugar is manufactured by further purifications of plantation white sugar. Sugar is washed till no residual or the flavor of molasses left. Finally it is concentrated till to get 99.9 % sucrose content, followed by drying and packing.

Refinery is our integrated part of Sugar Section. We are having 400 TPD capacity refinery Sugar manufacturing facility. It is state of art facility, developed in the line with current cGMP & regulatory requirements. In this Section we are manufacturing all grades refined Sugar covered in following category.
